- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential project issues.
- Eagerness to learn agency operations, client expectations, and industry practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally when required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support project planning, execution, and deliverables.
- Develop an understanding of client expectations to ensure project alignment with objectives.
- Schedule and facilitate internal meetings, capturing notes, decisions, and action items.
- Manage agency workflows, review action orders for clarity, and ensure efficient project movement.
- Lead online project routing and monitor deliverables to maintain quality and adherence to processes.
- Track daily project status, monitor deadlines, and proactively communicate risks or potential issues.
- Maintain clear, timely communication across departments via email, messaging, phone, and meetings.
- Advocate for teams while identifying alternative solutions to keep work on track.
