Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Business or Financial Analytics, or Customer Success Operations.
  • Ideally experience within a B2B SaaS or data-driven organization.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including financial modeling, multi-tab models, pivot analyses, and scenario modeling.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics like ARR, GRR, NRR, churn, renewal rate, and forecast accuracy.
  • Hands-on Salesforce reporting experience, including building reports and troubleshooting data-quality issues.
  • Proven ability to produce accurate recurring deliverables under time pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and dependable with the ability to manage reporting calendars.
  • Curious and self-directed approach to root-cause analysis.
  • Experience with BI platforms like Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Gong, Gainsight, Clari, or Aviso is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS revenue recognition is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain renewal and retention reporting, including churn cohort analyses and at-risk account identification.
  • Develop and maintain forecast accuracy models comparing submitted forecasts with actual results.
  • Monitor forecast input quality, including submission completeness and pipeline categorization.
  • Support sales productivity analysis covering quota attainment, ramp curves, and win rates.
  • Maintain capacity and coverage models for annual operating plans.
  • Partner with systems and data teams to identify CRM workflow problems and data-quality issues.
  • Support recurring data reconciliation between Salesforce, Customer Success platforms, and Finance.
  • Prepare data and analyses for executive and board-level reporting.
  • Support annual planning and quota-setting through historical performance analysis.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses for leadership, communicating findings and recommendations.
