- Proven B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or decision-support environments.
- Strong track record of leading product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated experience developing differentiated positioning and messaging for technical enterprise products.
- Ability to lead competitive intelligence programs and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Experience partnering with Product Management on roadmap alignment and pricing/packaging initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex capabilities into customer-facing narratives.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment, balancing strategy and execution.
- Willingness to complete a cognitive aptitude assessment.
Responsibilities
- Establish product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market standards across decision-support, analytics, and AI products.
- Develop differentiated market narratives communicating product value and competitive advantages.
- Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis programs to inform strategic recommendations.
- Partner with Product Management to integrate customer feedback and market trends into product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to define pricing and packaging strategies.
- Execute go-to-market plans for product releases, ensuring cross-functional readiness.
- Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams with effective training, battlecards, and enablement resources.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of product marketers.
- Monitor launch performance, adoption, and revenue impact to improve marketing strategy.
