Responsibilities
- Exceed sales revenue quotas by winning new contracts and job orders through prospecting.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities using a consultative approach.
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services.
- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans.
- Present company service offerings and develop proposals for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Recruiting and Account Management teams to onboard new clients.
- Manage existing and new accounts in designated territory to ensure client needs are met.
