- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Comfort working independently from home and conducting virtual client appointments
- Coachability and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Provide professional, personalized customer service
- Help clients understand life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Assist new clients through applications and enrollment
- Support existing clients with benefit and policy-related questions
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation
- Provide timely and professional follow-up service
