Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically located within the United States.
- Must have access to a computer or laptop with reliable high-speed internet.
- Must have webcam and microphone capability for virtual appointments.
- Must maintain a quiet, professional workspace.
- Must hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.
- Must be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments via Zoom and phone.
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Must show self-motivation, personal accountability, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled client appointments through Zoom and phone.
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
- Identify client needs, financial goals, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
- Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Maintain organized client records and assist with policy service requests.
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship.
