Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be physically located within the United States.
- Access to a reliable computer or laptop with high-speed internet.
- Webcam and microphone capability for virtual client meetings.
- Maintain a quiet, professional workspace at home.
- Hold or be willing to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort using Zoom and other virtual communication tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused, service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to participate in required training and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual client appointments via Zoom and phone.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage options.
- Provide needs-based recommendations and guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and assist with policy reviews or service questions.
- Participate in ongoing virtual onboarding, training, and leadership development sessions.
- Maintain accurate digital client records and provide timely follow-up.
