You will solve interesting challenges in scaling a SaaS platform that supports billions of consumer interactions monthly. We utilize robust cloud technologies like Google Cloud and Cloudflare for CDN, hosting, and DNS management. Our engineering work involves intricate API integrations and the application of AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI. These technologies are crucial for moderating content, extracting valuable insights from reviews, and automating tasks like generating review summaries and image captions. You'll work on continuously enhancing our platform's performance, security, and integration capabilities.
