Experience working across the funnel in B2C tech and/or a consumer app.
Experience in a startup environment preferred.
Strong player-coach capabilities with experience getting hands-on with campaign development.
Experience managing a nascent product marketing/lifecycle marketing team with direct responsibility for owned communication channels.
Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives.
Analytical and experimental mindset for leveraging data to drive growth.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Lead go-to-market strategy, planning, and launches for the entire portfolio: core banking, credit, rewards, lending, and investing.
Own the cross-functional operations between Step and Beast Industries, developing and launching collabs, product integrations, and partnership expansion.
Drive strategy and lead a full-funnel lifecycle marketing perspective from top-of-funnel awareness through ongoing engagement and retention.
Deliver best-in-class loyalty and gamification programs at scale.
Partner with the broader marketing team to execute campaigns that drive new signups, expansion, and/or product adoption.
Advocate for our customers through research and discovery work; translate their needs to inform and influence our product roadmaps.
Oversee and lead the team’s development of annual and quarterly plans to drive growth across the customer lifecycle.
Build, develop, and mentor a product marketing team including lifecycle marketers.
