Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of high-ticket sales experience (phone or video calls).
- Proven track record of setting appointments for programs priced at $9,000+.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Coachable with a willingness to follow specific scripts and processes.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using Slack, Close.io, and Google Workspace.
- Must be comfortable performing 200+ outbound dials in a day.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound lead prospecting and dialing to high-intent leads.
- Follow established setting scripts to book high-converting appointments.
- Qualify and manage expectations to ensure appointments convert and revenue targets are met.
- Manage a calendar of inbound triage calls and lead outreach.
- Maintain updated records, detailed notes, and sales trackers in the CRM.
- Attend daily team meetings and monthly performance reviews with sales management.
