Requirements

- Previous experience as a transformational teacher is preferred.
- Familiarity with Teaching as Collective Leadership model.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve team operating rhythms, meeting structures, and communication practices.
- Manage calendars, workstreams, and shared priorities across the working group.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions for circle/working group meetings.
- Establish systems for project tracking, documentation, and knowledge management.
- Draft communications, reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners across the network.
- Lead or co-lead critical cross-functional initiatives including project planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
