Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
- Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary strategy within corporate operations.
- Direct experience implementing AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with the full innovation lifecycle, from ideation through scaling.
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape with hands-on collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Stable and high-speed internet (25 MBPS or higher) with a backup solution.
- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, Core i5/Ryzen 3/2013 Mac or higher, and Windows 10/Catalina 10.15 or newer.
- Noise-canceling headset and a webcam (720p or higher).
- Designated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute AI strategy, building a roadmap for AI adoption across corporate functions aligned with business goals.
- Lead AI readiness efforts, including data governance, tool selection, security, and business case development.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases by partnering with departments to solve workflows and pain points.
- Manage AI transformation projects end-to-end, covering planning, budgeting, execution, and operationalization.
- Support client-facing AI enablement by identifying and addressing specific business unit AI needs.
- Develop and enforce AI risk and responsible-use policies in collaboration with the security team.
- Build and maintain a vendor network, tracking innovation and AI marketplace developments.
- Oversee AI budgets, track spend, evaluate business cases, and measure ROI.
- Define and track KPIs to capture performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead thought leadership on ethical, sustainable, and compliant AI practices.
