Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, debugging, unit/integration testing, RESTful APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Practical experience with AI/LLM projects or internships.
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months, 5 days per week.
- Experience with Java, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, function calling, RAG, vector databases, LangChain, or LangGraph is advantageous.
- Experience shipping web or backend services with knowledge of caching, message queues, or performance tuning is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to backend and full-stack feature development, testing, and releases for core products.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system design, API definitions, integration, logging, and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations to improve reliability.
- Support deployment of AI/LLM capabilities including API integrations, RAG pipelines, and agent tools.
- Create and maintain datasets and benchmarks for AI evaluation and quality measurement.
- Track online AI performance and assist with diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Contribute to observability initiatives covering logging, performance, and system health.
