Requirements
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with expertise in Application Security, product security, or penetration testing.
- 1-3 years of AI Security experience, including AI/ML security, adversarial testing, or security-focused AI research.
- Deep knowledge of web, mobile, API, and cloud-native security, including OWASP guidance.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization technologies (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SAML).
- Hands-on DevSecOps experience (CI/CD security automation, SAST, DAST, SCA, containers, IaC).
- Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices security.
- Understanding of AI-specific threats (prompt injection, jailbreaking, data leakage, model misuse, AI supply-chain risks).
- Familiarity with OWASP for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF.
- Programming or scripting proficiency in Python, Go, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Application Security initiatives across web, mobile, API, microservices, and cloud-native products.
- Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, secure design and code reviews, and hands-on security assessments.
- Improve security testing across CI/CD pipelines using SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning, container scanning, and Infrastructure as Code scanning.
- Lead security reviews of LLM applications, AI agents, RAG architectures, machine learning services, and third-party AI integrations.
- Conduct adversarial testing for prompt injection, jailbreaking, sensitive-data disclosure, and model abuse.
- Develop repeatable AI security testing methodologies, playbooks, and automation using frameworks like Garak or PyRIT.
- Communicate security risks effectively to developers, product leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and foster a security-conscious engineering culture.
