Job Details

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong track record building production-grade distributed, real-time, or scalable systems.
Hands-on experience with Conversational AI, Voice AI, Speech AI, or LLM-based agent systems.
Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, or Go.
Experience with APIs, streaming architectures, and cloud-native platforms.
Understanding of real-time ASR, streaming speech recognition, and low-latency TTS technologies.
Experience with WebRTC, SIP, RTP, WebSockets, Twilio, or contact-center technologies.
Experience developing LLM agents, tool calling, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience integrating enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
Understanding of system design, reliability, and production observability.
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms is highly valued.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Design and architect real-time voice runtimes for natural, production-scale conversations.
Develop and optimize streaming ASR, TTS, voice activity detection, and interruption handling.
Build adaptive voice pipelines for high-noise environments including noise cancellation and echo suppression.
Architect multi-provider speech systems supporting multilingual conversations and real-time language detection.
Integrate voice agents with enterprise platforms like CRM, ITSM, and knowledge bases.
Establish evaluation frameworks for metrics like word error rate, latency, and customer satisfaction.
Implement end-to-end observability across the voice interaction lifecycle.
Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers on voice and conversational AI systems.
