Requirements
- Proven experience shipping LLM-powered products or agents to production.
- Strong proficiency in production-quality Python.
- Experience with major LLM APIs and at least one agent orchestration framework.
- Deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and evaluation metrics.
- Ability to drive features end-to-end including requirements, design, implementation, and monitoring.
- Experience dealing with real-world AI challenges like latency, hallucinations, and prompt regression.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business processes into system designs.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-powered agents to automate condition management, document review, and underwriting workflows.
- Build multi-step LLM agents with memory, structured output, tool use, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Integrate AI systems with internal platforms and third-party APIs.
- Develop and improve document extraction and retrieval-augmented systems for loan files.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure production AI output quality against ground truth.
- Monitor production AI performance for accuracy, latency, and failure modes.
