Requirements
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features or agents to production environments.
- Proficiency in writing production-quality Python code, including experience with async and APIs.
- Fluency with major LLM APIs and at least one agent orchestration framework.
- Practical experience with RAG, structured output, tool calling, and evaluation methods.
- Strong product thinking and ability to translate business processes into system designs.
- Ability to drive features end-to-end, including requirements, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Comfortable iterating rapidly with short feedback loops.
- Experience in fintech, lending, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Full-stack development experience is preferred.
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS preferred) is preferred.
- Experience with document understanding, OCR, and extraction models is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end AI-powered products and agents that automate mortgage lending workflows.
- Build multi-step LLM agents to navigate loan files, evaluate conditions, and surface recommendations.
- Develop document extraction pipelines for income documents, appraisals, and titles.
- Build retrieval-augmented systems to allow natural language queries of loan files.
- Create borrower-facing AI experiences and tools to increase loan officer effectiveness.
- Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems to measure and improve AI performance in production.
