Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or ML Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Jobs/Workflows.
- Practical experience with GenAI/LLM, including RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience implementing CI/CD for ML workloads using GitHub Actions and Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs).
- Understanding of data quality frameworks, data contracts, and automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of data security, PII handling, and compliance (RBAC/ABAC).
- Ability to produce technical documentation including ADRs and runbooks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to medallion architecture pipelines (Bronze to Gold) using Databricks.
- Develop, prototype, and productionize machine learning and GenAI solutions including RAG and NLP.
- Build production workflows and infrastructure-as-code using Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for data and ML workloads using GitHub Actions.
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance through RBAC, ABAC, and policy-as-code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and support BI consumption through Power BI and Databricks AI/BI.
