- Experience with data agent optimization.
- Experience with active learning, weak supervision, or human feedback loops.
- Experience with large-scale data labeling and evaluation systems.
- Experience in cross-market or cross-language model transfer.
- Experience conducting independent model evaluation and calibration across different markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-value financial data algorithm problems and evaluate various implementation approaches.
- Design, train, and optimize production algorithms for query understanding, entity recognition, and event detection.
- Develop multi-channel retrieval and financial ranking algorithms based on domain-specific signals.
- Build training datasets, labeling systems, and evaluation benchmarks for various financial data sources.
- Select and optimize methods including LLMs, NLP, and graph algorithms while collaborating with Financial AI Engineers.
- Apply supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and active learning to improve model performance.
- Establish offline and online evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, timeliness, and cross-market generalization.
