Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in developing data science products from research to production.
- Strong coding skills focused on clean, reproducible, and well-tested code.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with algorithms for handling sparse and large datasets.
- Understanding of dashboards and SQL for monitoring tool development.
- Previous experience in Ad-Tech is a must.
- Familiarity with Gradient Boosting Trees (CatBoost, LightGBM) in production environments is a plus.
- Experience in building neural network-based products for classification, regression, and multi-task learning.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and large-scale optimization problems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve existing models by incorporating new features and fine-tuning parameters.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineering to develop and deploy scalable supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Identify and explore new data sources while researching innovative ways to leverage data.
- Investigate new Machine Learning solutions to optimize the product value chain.
- Conduct and evaluate A/B tests to drive insights and refine strategies.
