- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience presenting complex findings in a clear and engaging way
- Experience leading projects, workstreams, or analytical initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
- Apply advanced statistical techniques including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time-series modelling
- Develop and optimise advanced SQL queries to analyse large and complex datasets
- Use Python for data wrangling, analysis, modelling, and automation
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through the analysis of healthcare and operational data
- Create compelling visualisations and reports to communicate findings to a range of audiences
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions
- Influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations and strategic insight
- Lead analytical projects and ensure delivery against agreed objectives and timelines
