Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI / AI Agents.
- Practical experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic Python libraries, LangChain, or comparable frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying GenAI or AI Agent solutions into production.
- Advanced Python programming skills, particularly object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modern Python development practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, particularly AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, AWS Step Functions, and AWS Lambda.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and production-grade AI solutions.
- Experience working in agile development environments and with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows for real-world business use cases.
- Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and relevant AI/agent frameworks and SDKs.
- Integrate AI workflows with existing applications, data sources, and cloud-based services.
- Build scalable, production-ready solutions within an AWS environment.
- Optimize agent behaviour and outputs to deliver measurable business value.
- Design and implement tests to evaluate agent performance, reliability, and impact on business processes.
- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable solutions using Python and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders within an agile development team.
