Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or digital consulting.
- Proven experience defining products and making decisions on what to build and why.
- Direct experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional workflows.
- Strong understanding of business processes and mapping.
- Experience working directly with external clients, including discovery and stakeholder workshops.
- Experience working closely with UX/UI designers and engineering teams.
- Practical experience using AI for analysis, prototyping, automation, or solution validation.
- Sufficient technical knowledge of software concepts, integrations, and APIs to facilitate technical discussions.
- English language proficiency (B2–C1) to conduct client meetings independently.
- Strong preference for experience in startups, scale-ups, SaaS, or digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business goals, operations, and user needs.
- Translate ambiguous needs into defined problems, features, modules, and actionable requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through software, automation, or AI.
- Define solution flows and expected behavior in collaboration with UX/UI design.
- Prioritize backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on business value, risk, and feasibility.
- Serve as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and product/engineering teams.
- Take ownership of projects from project kickoff through to delivery and handover.
- Utilize AI tools for analyzing complex problems, prototyping, and validating ideas before development.
