Requirements

  • 10+ years in management consulting or advisory with deep exposure to enterprise transformation programs.
  • 7+ years leading organizational change management for technology transformations such as AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud migrations.
  • Hands-on experience driving adoption of AI, LLM, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Proven track record owning or heavily influencing sales, including discovery, solution shaping, and closing large consulting deals.
  • Ability to oversee complex, multi-workstream programs as an engagement leader.
  • Deep familiarity with change management frameworks like Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
  • Fluency in agentic AI architectures, LLM platforms, and modern data stacks.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% per month when required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales engagements including discovery sessions, executive workshops, SOW scoping, and outcome-focused storytelling.
  • Develop pipeline for adoption and change offerings, including repeatable collateral, playbooks, and case studies.
  • Serve as executive sponsor or engagement leader, overseeing delivery quality, risk, and business outcomes.
  • Oversee change roadmaps, stakeholder analyses, and communications strategies to pair AI initiatives with necessary operating model changes.
  • Coach project managers, change leads, and technical teams to manage resistance and protect project scope.
  • Manage customer satisfaction, renewals, and expansions by building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Track and report on adoption KPIs, such as usage and productivity lift, to influence service offerings.
  • Create and sponsor thought leadership, frameworks, and reusable assets for AI adoption.
  • Mentor practitioners and define the long-term talent strategy for the change management capability.
