- Experience with healthcare or wellness marketing systems
- Experience with landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation
- Experience with compliance-sensitive advertising
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and workflows independently

Responsibilities
- Audit and rebuild GoHighLevel pipelines, funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, automations, attribution, and workflows.
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
- Manage lead response, email/SMS nurturing, no-show recovery, and lead reactivation.
- Coordinate podcast and social media content into digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on lead, booking, show, conversion, and patient-economics metrics.
- Support the development and maintenance of a compliant patient acquisition and retention system.
- Manage CRM segmentation, landing pages, and email/SMS automation.
- Optimize marketing workflows to generate qualified consultations and recurring patients.
