Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Previous experience in customer-centric roles (e.g., retail, food service)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, pet-friendly environment
- Problem-solving and improvisation skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries
- Passion for pets and dog wellness
- Experience with Gladly or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience with pets or health-foods is preferred
Responsibilities
- Represent the Ollie brand voice to current and prospective customers
- Deliver a memorable customer experience that builds long-term relationships
- Manage customer relationships via email, phone, and order management systems
- Accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions
- Drive initiatives to create a world-class customer experience
- Support the development of agents in their KPIs and careers
- Develop and lead projects to improve the Ollie experience
