Requirements

Several years of progressive Total Rewards experience with ownership of compensation, benefits, and equity.
Deep compensation expertise with a track record of building programs and infrastructure from the ground up.
Proven experience in high-growth, VC-backed SaaS organizations.
Ability to operate in environments with a mix of centralized and function-tailored rewards.
Demonstrated experience building programs for globally distributed organizations.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to various audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong operational skills and process improvement mindset.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining strategy while remaining hands-on.
Prior experience managing others or strong interest in building and scaling a team.
Experience with total rewards tools like CandorIQ, Pave, or OpenComp is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve Ashby’s global compensation infrastructure including bands, leveling, benchmarking, and review processes.
Own the total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, and perks.
Lead the global benefits strategy, including vendor management, plan design, and competitiveness assessment.
Operationalize equity programs in partnership with Finance and leadership.
Develop scalable systems, documentation, and workflows using tools like CandorIQ, Pave, and OpenComp.
Partner with People Ops, Finance, Legal, and functional leaders to support hiring, promotions, and compensation decisions.
