- Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience with system designs and concepts
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficient problem-solving skills with good judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to drive results as a self-starter
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Goal-oriented with high attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Gather, refine, and distill market feedback and analysis to define product requirements and solution approaches.
- Collaborate with Client Management, Product, and Architecture teams to define functional approaches for product vision and customer needs.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from sales support and pre-sales engineering to construction and stabilization.
- Create and approve product artifacts, including scope, approach documents, requirements, and designs.
- Perform competitive analysis and win-loss analysis to inform strategic road-mapping and product investment.
- Develop and coordinate internal product training for sales, client services, and solution engineering teams.
- Approve product pricing and validate budgets against revenue and expenses.
- Escalate project risks, impacts, or client executive misalignments as identified.
