Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare technology or operational platforms.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered products such as LLMs, AI agents, or RAG.
- Experience designing products for operational workflows like scheduling, staffing, or logistics.
- Proven ability to build complex workflow products within regulated environments.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for demand forecasting and capacity planning.
- Solid understanding of clinical operations and multidisciplinary care team workflows.
- Demonstrated experience leading agile, cross-functional teams.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational priorities.
- Experience defining KPIs and evaluating experiments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with an EMR or clinical operations platform such as Epic or athenahealth is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the scheduling and laboratory experience end to end, including the core clinical operations platform.
- Build and scale workforce planning tools that help optimize care team capacity.
- Design, launch, and continuously improve AI-powered capabilities that enhance scheduling efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Establish strong practices for AI feature development, including prompt design, versioning, and iteration.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams throughout the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
- Collaborate with clinical, engineering, design, and data science stakeholders to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
