Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, operations, or workflow platforms.
- Proven experience shipping AI/ML-powered features such as LLMs, agents, and RAG with measurable results.
- Experience designing and launching products for operational or care-team-facing workflows.
- Ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features in regulated environments.
- Comfort with quantitative, model-driven problems like demand forecasting and capacity modeling.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and multidisciplinary care team needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical mindset with comfort using A/B testing and defining KPIs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience working with EMR or clinical operations platforms like Epic or athenahealth is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own scheduling and the lab experience end to end, including the core clinical operations platform.
- Build tools for care team workforce planning and capacity modeling.
- Design and ship AI-powered features to improve scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, and staffing decisions.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations stakeholders to translate user needs into detailed specs and Jira tickets.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Define and track success metrics for scheduling efficiency, staffing utilization, and care quality.
- Work with AI/ML teams to ensure technical solutions are interpretable, clinically safe, and integrated into workflows.
