Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a registered investment advisory firm and/or broker-dealer.
- Experience interacting directly with clients and advisors.
- Strong technical skills in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Office equivalents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- High-energy, collaborative, and self-starter attitude with an ownership mentality.
- Series 7 and 66 or Series 65 licenses (nice to have).
- BA/BS degree in finance, economics, or related field (nice to have).
- Advanced degrees or designations such as CFP, CPA, or CFA (nice to have).
- Prior experience using Salesforce (nice to have).
- Prior experience working with custodians such as Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or Pershing Advisor Services (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to wealth managers.
- Execute all client tasks, requests, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Improve internal procedures to optimize advisor and client experiences.
- Manage client prospecting, closing, and onboarding, including meeting prep and account transfers.
- Execute investment transactions and handle account billing and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with professional partners such as CPAs, estate attorneys, and insurance agents.
- Maintain client data in Salesforce and ensure compliance with all policies.
