Requirements
- Four-year college degree.
- Minimum four years of experience in a Home Healthcare Billing and Collections environment.
- Two years of experience in a Collection III or Billing III Reimbursement Services role.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Reimbursement Services processes.
- Effective project management skills including facilitation and organization.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in basic business software applications.
- Leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Solid record of goal achievement and exceeding performance standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize information effectively.
- Understanding of organizational structure, financial status, and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage at least one team member or multidisciplinary project or process.
- Perform billing and collection activities while analyzing office routine work plans.
- Identify, define, and solve complex business and reimbursement service problems.
- Formulate strategies for office work plans and special projects.
- Research complex information, compile statistics, and analyze data for management review.
- Coordinate and manage payer projects.
- Lead or assist in regional team meetings and presentations.
- Act as an Account Manager to support the customer base.
- Create and manage policies, practices, and procedures for Reimbursement Services.
