Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in sales/referral management).
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (home health preferred).
- Experience with health systems, referral management, or home health platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects.
- Record of successfully taking on responsibility with positive results.
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement record.
- Ambition to grow and advance.
- Strong PC and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and demonstrate the core values of BAYADA.
- Partner with the sales team to build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Review and compile documentation to transition care or initiate services ordered by a physician.
- Coordinate with the service office to set up ordered services.
- Collaborate with the Transitional Care Manager, Marketing Manager, and Director of Area Sales on key accounts.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
