Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition, including both full-cycle recruiting and program or project management.
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level Talent Acquisition programs and cross-functional initiatives.
- Practical understanding of recruiting fundamentals including sourcing, funnel management, and candidate experience.
- Strong project management capabilities in planning, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency with project and change management tools, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
- Experience working within applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to synthesize data and influence without authority.
- Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic Talent Acquisition programs like early careers, proactive pipelining, and competitive intelligence.
- Translate Talent Acquisition priorities into structured project roadmaps by defining objectives, timelines, success metrics, and governance.
- Establish disciplined project governance by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate recruiting strategies into executable project plans.
- Develop repeatable operating models and recruiting playbooks to scale programs consistently across business functions.
- Serve as the central point of coordination across HR, Marketing, leadership, and external partners to maintain alignment.
- Deliver data-driven updates and executive-ready dashboards providing visibility into project health and hiring progress.
- Coordinate recruiting events and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
- Measure program effectiveness using recruiting metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring velocity.
- Evaluate Talent Acquisition workflows to identify inefficiencies and standardize operating procedures.
