Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in endpoint management.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Experience with endpoint migrations to Entra or between tenants.
- Knowledge of Windows Hello for Business and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / XDR.
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Azure Landing Zones.
- Proficiency in Entra ID, AD Domain Services, and SCCM/Co-Management/OS imaging.
- Experience with Security and Compliance settings.
- Strong ability to design, configure, and document technology implementations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Scope, assess, plan, design, deliver, test, and document customer implementation projects.
- Support and migrate workloads to enterprise cloud platforms.
- Lead technical delivery tasks by identifying technologies, risks, impacts, and dependencies.
- Map technical requirements into actionable deployment steps.
- Act as a technical lead on projects while managing work priorities and project schedules.
- Guide customers in evaluating features and suggest relevant solutions.
