Job Details

7+ years of consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and solve challenging business and technical problems.
Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, or voice-driven technologies.
Outstanding client relationship skills with experience presenting to C-level and executive stakeholders.
Experience with contact center technology, voice biometrics, or security solution integration.
Management consulting background or work in high-growth technology environments is a plus.
Technical certifications (AWS, security, networking) are a plus.
Advanced degree is a plus.
Background producing thought leadership content such as whitepapers and best practices is a plus.

Serve as a trusted advisor to Pindrop’s most strategic customers throughout the solution lifecycle.
Lead complex client engagements by assessing needs, defining solutions, and driving outcomes that maximize platform value.
Conduct workshops, technical assessments, and executive briefings on best practices for authentication, fraud prevention, and voice biometrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure seamless customer experience.
Analyze client business processes to identify improvements that enable operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Guide customer teams through complex integrations and change management.
Develop thought leadership content including white papers, case studies, and best practice resources.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of consulting excellence.
