Requirements
- Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
- 0-2 years of relevant prior research experience (including graduate or undergraduate research).
- Experience with real-world study conduct, including data feasibility, protocol development, and analytic dataset creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse cross-functional team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing demands.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement real-world evidence (RWE) studies.
- Develop study protocols and comprehensive analysis plans.
- Prepare and perform independent analyses of primary and secondary data.
- Create analytic datasets and generate study reports.
- Communicate study results effectively to internal teams and external clients.
- Make recommendations on study direction based on independent data assessment.
