Requirements
- 12-15+ years of progressive procurement experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading a team.
- Track record of delivering quantifiable cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in SaaS, technology, and professional services agreements.
- Working knowledge of related contract and licensing terms.
- Experience establishing SLAs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Business Spend Management platforms, preferably Coupa.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Experience operating in a small or lean procurement team during scaling.
- Proven ability to grow and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally within technology or SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead Procurement as a strategic business lever to unlock value through negotiations, partnerships, and category strategies.
- Build a unified Procurement operating model that spans global operations and scales with the business.
- Lead high-value vendor negotiations and contract renewals to drive cost savings.
- Manage the vendor lifecycle from onboarding through performance evaluations and risk mitigation.
- Build an AI-first procurement function by integrating automation and modern workflows.
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, and reporting to provide visibility into financial performance and spend.
- Strengthen procurement policies, governance frameworks, and audit-ready controls.
- Optimize the Coupa procurement system and ensure effective integration with NetSuite.
- Collaborate across departments including Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team.
