Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, enterprise applications, or business systems.
- 5+ years of experience leading application platform teams at the Director level or above.
- Extensive Salesforce leadership experience, including scaling environments and hands-on CPQ/Billing expertise.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end quote-to-cash transformations.
- Broad expertise in enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Coupa, and HR/HCM platforms like Workday.
- Hands-on delivery experience leading implementations, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Strong technical understanding of integrations, APIs, event-driven patterns, and cloud environments (e.g., Azure or AWS).
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar technology budgets and vendor relationships.
- Experience in multi-entity, post-acquisition, or high-growth organizations.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap across Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, and HR/HCM platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end quote-to-cash transformation, modernizing processes from opportunity through revenue recognition.
- Manage critical business processes including procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and hire-to-retire.
- Lead hands-on delivery and execution of implementations, integrations, and business system initiatives.
- Drive integration and data quality, ensuring reliable data flows and reporting accuracy.
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise applications organization, including hiring, coaching, and development.
- Partner with executive stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and HR.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, technology budgets, and contract negotiations.
