Requirements
- Significant experience in applied AI, machine learning, data science, analytics engineering, or automation.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agents, and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering AI proof-of-concepts, prototypes, or production solutions.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex, and Databricks.
- Knowledge of AI architecture requirements, including data foundations, vector search, governance, and semantic layers.
- Expertise in safe, scalable AI delivery (observability, evaluation, auditability, and responsible AI controls).
- Experience working with senior clients and translating technical AI concepts into commercial business language.
- Track record of tying AI investments to measurable operational outcomes (revenue, margin, productivity).
- Ability to lead and manage distributed technical teams.
- Consulting, private equity, or CFO-related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior client conversations across the C-Suite, transformation leaders, and private equity sponsors.
- Identify and prioritize practical AI use cases across finance, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Design and lead AI proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reusable accelerators.
- Work with engineering and data science teams to transition AI ideas into production-grade scalable solutions.
- Advise on AI patterns across Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, and Snowflake Cortex.
- Support business development, proposal writing, and cross-selling across internal practice areas.
- Coach and mentor junior team members on applied AI and client engagement best practices.
