Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience within SaaS, enterprise software, or a technical environment.
- Technical fluency to bridge communication between product experts, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or Linear.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset for defining KPIs and using data-driven prioritization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certification such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs from scoping through launch.
- Define scopes, schedules, and deliverables in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track progress against milestones and reallocate resources to ensure projects stay on track.
- Act as the connective tissue between multiple organizations, ensuring alignment on strategies and priorities.
- Identify technical, financial, and operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Define and report on program KPIs to leadership to inform prioritization decisions.
- Lead the rollout of new tools, processes, and workflows, managing adoption and training.
- Partner with leadership on capacity and headcount planning tied to roadmap execution.
