Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations (internships welcome).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and status updates.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Experience executing voter turnout or persuasion campaigns.
- Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, and Launchpad-based systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Alignment with Movement Labs' mission and a desire to help build progressive power.
- Preferred: Experience with Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) and large-scale text campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Draft compelling and impactful messaging that aligns with voter turnout and persuasion program goals.
- Support experiment design, including drafting assets in collaboration with leadership.
- Conduct election, voter turnout, and persuasion research for internal and client campaigns.
- Manage project management workflows in Asana, Slack, and Launchpad to meet deadlines.
- Develop documentation and automation to increase project management efficiency.
- Draft program reports and experiment results decks to convey actionable insights.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver programs that meet organizational and client needs.
