Requirements
- 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs in SaaS, enterprise software, or a related technical environment.
- Technical fluency and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or Linear.
- Strong understanding and experience operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project/program management certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, from scoping through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budget.
- Define scopes, schedules, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
- Act as the connective tissue between multiple organizations, keeping strategies and priorities aligned across teams.
- Spot technical, financial, and operational risks early and build mitigation plans.
- Define KPIs that reflect the health and impact of each program and report on them to leadership.
- Lead the rollout of new tools, processes, and workflows, ensuring successful adoption.
