Requirements
- Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently.
- Professional experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
- Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products and their technical intricacies.
- Demonstrated ability to define project work, align with stakeholders, and communicate plans.
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience navigating change management processes.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting.
- Ability to travel <10% for strategic customer engagements.
- Residency in the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MST) time zone is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers.
- Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support customers to achieve expedited time to value.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Advise customers on product best practices specific to their unique usage.
- Drive change management processes to help customers adapt to new systems.
- Identify thematic customer opportunities and improve implementation processes.
