  • Strong understanding of client implementation methodologies, operational planning, capacity management, and delivery quality.
  • Experience partnering effectively with directors and senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Strong ability to manage escalations, resolve complex delivery issues, and coordinate dependencies across cross-functional teams.

  • Comfort working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams across functions and organizational levels.

  • Own the quality and consistency of client implementations, monitoring performance, identifying recurring issues, and leading corrective and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor experienced implementation professionals, strengthening functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and readiness for career progression.
  • Represent the implementation function in cross-functional forums and ensure effective coordination of dependencies across sales, clinical, product, and other teams.
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of implementation standards, operating procedures, training materials, onboarding programs, and best practices.
