Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s or JD a plus).
  • At least 6 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years in eDiscovery project management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a law firm, legal department, or eDiscovery provider.
  • Demonstrated experience with Relativity.
  • Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes and technical solution design.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client-facing and strategic consulting capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities and workload fluctuations.
  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests and provide expert consultation on project scope, execution, and workflows.
  • Manage client or case budgets while identifying approaches to reduce costs and accelerate delivery.
  • Plan and manage project communications across internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clear expectations.
  • Coordinate work orders for data processing, document review, and project activities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects meet agreed objectives.
  • Provide workflow consultation and contribute to the refinement of operational standards.
  • Train and develop team members on eDiscovery workflows and best practices.
  • Act as an internal escalation resource for workflows, tools, and documentation.
  • Identify project risks, propose solutions, and resolve stakeholder conflicts.
