Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s or JD a plus).
- At least 6 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in eDiscovery project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a law firm, legal department, or eDiscovery provider.
- Demonstrated experience with Relativity.
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes and technical solution design.
- Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and strategic consulting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities and workload fluctuations.
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and provide expert consultation on project scope, execution, and workflows.
- Manage client or case budgets while identifying approaches to reduce costs and accelerate delivery.
- Plan and manage project communications across internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clear expectations.
- Coordinate work orders for data processing, document review, and project activities.
- Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects meet agreed objectives.
- Provide workflow consultation and contribute to the refinement of operational standards.
- Train and develop team members on eDiscovery workflows and best practices.
- Act as an internal escalation resource for workflows, tools, and documentation.
- Identify project risks, propose solutions, and resolve stakeholder conflicts.
