Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, consulting, sales operations, or implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, finance, analytics, or a related field.
Demonstrated project- or task-management experience.
Strong AI, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or project-management platforms.
Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
Strong written communication and business judgment.
Experience developing reports or dashboards for leadership.
Ability to work independently and manage ambiguous priorities.
Located on the US East Coast to support Eastern Standard Hours.

Coordinate integration activities across multiple acquired companies and functional workstreams.
Maintain the master integration tracker, including milestones, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and status.
Work with functional leaders to understand progress and follow through on commitments.
Prepare concise weekly executive reporting on project status, blockers, and decisions required.
Identify cross-functional dependencies and surface potential problems early.
Maintain action registers and ensure decisions and commitments are carried through.
Investigate blockers, research options, and recommend next steps to resolve issues.
Support CRM and marketing automation implementation and administration (e.g., HubSpot).
Coordinate marketing performance tracking, sales enablement, and project workflows.
