Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record of successfully certifying complex security IP products throughout their lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of hardware security industry standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the semiconductor certification ecosystem and security IP market dynamics.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA and Hubspot.
- Research-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as certification expert for security standards (SESIP, FIPS 140-3, PSA, ISA/SAE 21434) and safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO/IEC 62443).
- Optimize certification strategy to identify overlaps and R&D opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end certification process, including coordination with test labs and external/internal stakeholders.
- Advise architects, validation engineers, and product security teams on requirements.
- Participate in standardization bodies and monitor industry trends.
- Prototype soft IP into certifiable products (e.g., on FPGA) to serve as Proof of Certifiability for customers.
