Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS, enterprise software, or commercial program leadership.
- Proven success in developing new programs for successful execution.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
- Financial and operational awareness regarding revenue, pipeline, and retention.
- Strong presentation and communication skills suitable for executive audiences.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
- BA or BS degree in technical or business discipline required.
- Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute GTM plans for new Provider products and enhancements with internal stakeholders.
- Lead quarterly commercial portfolio planning to define and maintain a clear Plan of Record.
- Partner with Sales Engineering leadership to evolve strategic commercial capabilities and voice of customer capture.
- Define and manage projects within the product portfolio governance process.
- Create and report metrics and KPIs on the efficacy of GTM and GTM Readiness functions.
- Own commercialization outcomes including adoption, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Partner with Product and Pricing teams to inform monetization strategies.
