Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Demonstrated success designing and optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity tools or business software.
- Proven track record of reducing task friction and driving workflow efficiency gains.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Mastery of Figma for end-to-end design, prototyping, and system-level thinking.
- Strong ability to articulate trade-offs and document workflow logic.
- Experience owning product design from the problem space through feature delivery and evolution.
Responsibilities
- Design tools that therapists use daily to streamline administrative tasks and improve clinical decision-making.
- Drive 0-1 product development from concept to execution with a high degree of ownership.
- Identify product opportunities and think strategically about the future of care delivery.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research teams to deliver thoughtful design solutions.
- Apply AI strategically to product features to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Document workflow logic and articulate design trade-offs to ensure cross-functional alignment.
